I’m on purple at the moment, and keep going over my points by a little bit, and using all my weeklies. I’m still losing, but sometimes being in deficit makes me feel guilty. Would changing to green make any difference? You get a lot more points on green but less zero foods. Or should I just be stricter on myself to eliminate using all my points?

If you’re losing keep doing what you’re doing. Great job!

Take a honest look at what you are eating. Maybe give Blue a try. Track your zero point foods to get a complete picture

Try the Blue Plan, track, weigh and measure your portions. Drink your water and get alittle exercise. The WW Program isn't about Depriving yourself - it's about making Conscious choices and decisions about what you eat.

Use all your points that is what you have them for. I personally like blue. Purple I gained weight. Too many carb triggers for me.

@resting that’s helpful, I might try another colour and see how I go.

Look over the three. I was put on purple but switched to blue. I wouldn't be safe with potatoes & rice being zero and I need eggs to be zero

I like green because you count everything. Someone suggested counting even fruit as a point or two and I do that. The suggestion came from a WW leader.

@catechol I am on blue and have tracked from the beginning. I track everything points or zero points every meal every snack everyday. I do not add points to zero point foods.

Good to know. Our bodies are a machine and each one runs differently. I have had to pair Intermittent fasting 18-6 to successfully break the barrier to Wonderland. Tough, but doable. Good luck.

The challenge is being comfortable with what you are doing. If it’s working stay on the plan. You’re going to feel guilty about things so work on your mindset.

I’m on purple so I can have a healthy eating plan that my family can follow too since I cook a lot with pastas , potatoes and eggs.
