For cauliflower I put it in a bag and cover the white part with a paper towel. When the towel gets moist replace it. Mushrooms take out of the package you buy them in and put them in a brown paper bag and change the bag when it gets moist. I keep bothering of them in the vege drawer.

Instructions for Frige Smart containers! recommend not to pre wash fruits and Vegetables! They will keep longer than if you had wash them! ///:::////::::/// Keep salad fresh ! Cut up Lettuce ! After washed and dried! Place in bowl big enough to hold it all!. A few paper towels wet place over lettuce in bowl! covert to with Saran Wrap Place in frig! Lettuce will stay crisp for couple of days! Will not turn brown ! By the 4th day Repeat re-wet paper towels !
