Hey! 5'0 started 207 now 169. aquafit or aquasize of any kind helps huge high burn low to no impact. RA for 30 some years. I also got a fit bit. Hugely motivating for me. Started at 6k now to 8k. That's my limit as I'm often too sore if I go over often but I can walk 8k steps and go relax in the pool after with laps. even tho I'm a goofy swimmer lol

I’m going to pool therapy where there are others who have been going for years because of their back pain and arthritis. I highly recommend it.

YouTube has Walk at Home by Leslie Sansone. It’s very user friendly, and it’s helped me out a lot.

Find something you like and will stick with. YouTube has great chair exercises.

Swimming or water aerobics. Walking and gentle stretching.

Yoga and barre classes. Low impact and great to strengthen your core and joints. I’ve been doing yoga and barre classes. more for overall health and wellness than weight loss, but I love the classes (and I generally despise exercise, haha).

I had arthritis, knee and screws in my foot so I couldn't handle pounding exercise. Water exercise is easy on your joints. I do two classes at a time three times a week.
