Anyone else get nervous/anxious the night before weigh in when you know you haven't been perfect with tracking because of birthdays or something? We had my son's 1st birthday party last Saturday and his actual birthday was yesterday so we celebrated both days.

Well I was on it before I got pregnant with my son last year and lost 26 lbs I started back in April of last year after having him in January. I had lost 29 lbs until we moved and I didn't track or anything for 2 month's straight but now I'm trying my hardest to get back on track because I gained back 3 or 4 lbs and am still 25 lb loss. I am on Blue.

Thank you It's hard but I have more motivation than ever and I want this weight gone so bad so I've got to keep truckin. I'm going to prep my meals this week so I'm prepared and not just eating whatever.

For sure, sometime I will skip the weigh in and just get back on track. I know that its not the way you are suppose to do it but sometimes its better for my head not to see the damage I have done.

I have definitely done that many many times. Seeing the gain can for sure make you derail. I'm going to weigh in but I really don't want to.

Always do but I take a deep breath and weigh in. I always remember “progress not perfection”.

No, it is what it is. Nothing you can do about it at weigh in to change it. Choose to make better choices next week!

My last weeks weigh in gave me so much anxiety. Because I used some of my other points. Ugg I lost a pound so at least I lost.

Even when I’ve been perfect, I get anxious. I wish I wasn’t like that.

Be sure to go and get weighed. If the scale is up or down, you know what you did, you fixed it and now move forward.

Yes and I gained becuz we went out last night. I weigh everyday . and I gained today. makes me sad. I eat within points and no extras daily. but I guess that's the consequence. but today is a new day and I will still eat within points, drink water and track. have a beautiful day everyone.

Thank you everyone for the encouragement! I just weighed in and I was at the same exact weight as last week. So I'll take that.
