Best answer
Maybe on myfitnesspal app. I know that it consists of calorie counting and shows the nutritional info for foods

that’s the best and easiest way, unless you write everything down, at least the app does alll the work for you.

I use MyFitnessPal, but the free app only tracks carbs, protein, fat, and cals (unless you upgrade).

which is just wrong and that is why calories are now used in the points formula. Originally, Weight Watchers was based on the 1200-1500 Diabetic exchange diet. I still make sure my points meet that.

@
oech5771,
I definitely would be going to a different meeting if I asked a question and got scolded.

I don’t believe you can get a total - have to check the nutrition for each item you tracked and add up.

I use the “Lose it” app. It’s free. You can purchase more with it it but I get the information that I need with the free version.
