I think you should be able to enjoy your birthday and not have to track. Just enjoy your day and start tracking again the next day

You can also eat zero point foods for the day and just have your one bad meal with some dessert if you choose to. Whatever you choose to do I hope you have a beautiful day

Lol, just adjust through the week to eat fewer points so you can add them to your bday and then work out extra hard and long the next day.

Lol needed to see this. I had a naughty night planned, drinks and cake, but then my 8 year old pulled out all the ingredients for waffles (with the help of alexa)so my whole days a write off. But I've been on track and will get back on track tomorrow. I'm not going to hold a gun to my head for one day especially since I'm waving goodbye to my 20s

Yesterday was my bday, and my hubby brought home a small chocolate cake. And no, I did not count them!

Once in a while I will go off and just write in my log for that meal/snack/dessert - special occasion ate off on the following foods (list food items) - will get back on track next meal/tomorrow. This way I’m still accountable and will know why the scale isn’t being nice to me at weigh-in.

I still track, but I don’t let it stop me from enjoying. I just find if I get out of practice for even one day I’m more likely to fall off the wagon. Happy birthday to your friend!

Yes but eat something you will enjoy and try not to go crazy. If I over indulge it can take one or two weeks to recover on the scale and it’s not worth it.
