@doggery basically sautéed cole slaw mix bag with ground turkey and asian sauces and garlic. In the end it tastes like the filling in an egg roll without the wrapper. You eat a bowl for a meal.

I eat coleslaw mix several days a week for lunch. I use it like salad and put lowfat dressing on it with some seasonings and maybe some boneless skinless chicken too.

I use it instead of hash browns in breakfast burritos. Just sauté a little to wilt it

I make a buffalo chicken salad with it: Shredded chicken breast tossed with Frank's buffalo sauce (0points) some tzatziki (you can make your own for 0 points or a generous serving of cedars for 2points) and toss in some slaw mix. Super tasty and filling. And if you didn't use tzatziki points scoop some up in a 1point Joseph's pita.

Honestly I throw a handful into just about anything I'm eating. Tuna? Throw it in. A dish with a 0 point protein and 5 points of rice, throw some in to stretch it out and add crunch. It's also a great base for a taco salad just add protein, cheese, beans, corn, tomatoes and a dressing like boltlhouse cilantro avocado dressing and poof taco bowl.
