Anybody know if you can make the 2 ingredient dough with regular yogurt? or does it HAVE to be greek?

Regular yogurt isn’t as thick, so I don’t believe it’ll work as well. Plus, plain Greek yogurt is 0 points

@rory dont think so on blue! As far as I know its ff Greek that zero.

@countershaft48069 yes it is. i ise it all the time. plain non fat regular yogurt is 0 pts on blue. same as Greek

As far as I know, it has to be Greek and I recommend Fage. I think regular would be too watery.

You will have to count the points differently depending on what plan you are on. On green plan, all yogurts have points. On Blue and Purple, plain, fat-free Greek Yogurt is 0 points

Just found this on the internet: You can use any percentage of plain Greek yogurt you like, but it does need to be Greek, or it won't be thick enough to form the dough. Your dough should be tacky, but not sticky. (I use Fage fat free yogurt)
