Question

Hey all, I've had our Arlo Pro 2 system for a couple of years. I have 3 Pro 2 and a single Pro 3 camera. When I added the Pro 3, I changed to the Arlo Smart Premier plan, , which should allow me to add all 4 cameras. On the settings page, it won't allow me to drag all cameras to the plan for some reason. You can drag the camera, it seems to process it, then the camera doesn't come across. Anyone else have similar issues or a solution?

I think I had this issue a while ago and when i logged in on my computer browser, it worked fine. The only problem then is that the browser won't playback 2K video and also can't livestream without a rigmarole with Flash player

Hi, thanks, I did try that on my tablet and now my PC with no success. Not sure what the issue would be, however, I'm on an older plan as far as I'm aware, not sure if that has any impact.

Looks like u r subscribing to the "old" premier plan. What you can do it is cancel subscription (you will be refunded) and buy new smart plan
