When syncing make sure the camera is within about 3’ of the base station.

If you deleted it, it won’t sync. You must add it back as a “new” camera.

@donnettedonni go to devices and scroll to the bottom of the screen and you will see Add New Device +

So no option to add as new device or you tried this already ?

Reboot the base. Try again

@donnettedonni assuming you have an iPhone, assuming the camera is charged and assuming you actually deleted the device (not just turned it off for instance ), I’ve got nothing else. I’d go to Arlo support pages website or call Arlo.

Did you get it sorted, Mike?

Where I've had a problem with a camera syncing, I've restarted my router/access point. Waited for the Wi-Fi to get stable. Then restarted my Arlo base station. Then sync'd the camera. Sometimes moving the base station in relation to the router also helps
