I’m wondering if anyone has their Arlo system set up in an RV, trailer, or anything else that is often moving as well as often dis-/reconnected to the internet. Are there any particular considerations?

For this type of setup, Arlo Go may be the best option. Cellular connection only though. No Wi-fi capabilities. You just setup a cellular data plan for the unit and it handles the rest

@bullnose I have always liked the thought of arlo go. But I have yet to find someone with it that likes it. The reviews are horrible unfortunately

Arlo Pro or newer would be fine as you could use local storage for times when it has no internet but you still want it recording. For Pro 3 or Ultra SmartHub you can access local storage through the app. For Pro or Pro 2 base station, you need to remove the USB drive and plug it into a computer to view the recordings. Pro 3 and Ultra do require a monthly plan if you want cloud recording though
