Question

Hi all, have just installed my recently purchased Pro 3 package. Now all set up I find the live video to be about 2 seconds delayed? is this normal? All cameras say they have a strong signal.

Thanks @woodyard855, is it possible to receive motion alerts from one camera but not others when you are home? if I enable the Geo Fence then that takes alerts off all cameras. I would still like to get alerts from the driveway camera but not the others.

@richards2789 You can create custom modes. Within a mode you add each camera, and independently set push notifications and recording. Then you setup geofencing, and pick a mode for Away and for Home. I do have a subscription, but I thought this was standard functionality.

Yes even without subscription you can create custom mode for enabling only select cameras then have that be your home mode when geofenced. I do so without a subscription and take 1 step further, i have custom modes selected based in schedule and have that as my geofenced home mode
