We have just got the pro2 with 4 cameras and I have literally tried everything on the website to get one of the cameras to sync and it wont.

When syncing maks sure you are close to the base . Also make sure the battery is fully charged

Reboot the base and make sure the base is plugged into the router. I assume you added the base first to the app as well.

No, from time to time I’ve had cameras drop off and they usually add back in a few minutes but in the event they do not I reboot the base and it never bothers my 10 cameras.

After the base is back, try to add your last camera again
