I currently have an Arlo Ultra and Arlo Pro both on a subscription plan but my Arlo Ultra isn't showing me any recordings at all but my Pro has my full 30 day history like normal. Does anyone know what the problem could be why my Ultra is all of a sudden not showing me any my history?

I have also confirmed that both cameras are participating in my subscription plan according to the Arlo app and the desktop website.

Do you have a filter turned on? I see the icon is green on the app.

@gastric2 Crazy I just left the house this am and got a notification that saved to my videos. The only thing I did was reboot my Arlo hub.

@gastric2 I still don't have any recordings from the past 30 days though. #strange
