Get rid of all your Arlo's if they work great but if they don't then get rid of them and never buy Arlo again. My has not worked for 3 months and I can not get any help from their support site.

What are the camera settings , you have 3 choices "good quailty" to "low quality"

Could be your internet speed and/or how far away from the base

Check internet speed. I have the 400mbps n have no issues

Is your ultra giving you 4K video? In the video settings it should be set to Best Video and not Optimized

Wow. Very surprised by Roberts comment. Sorry to hear that. I have four pro 2s. And no problems. And when I did, the support on Facebook was amazing!

My pro2 system has been brilliant , yeah there’s been the odd glitch but over the last year , very reliable , only one issue wasn’t resolved by a power on/off and that was the library crashing at arlos end , I think may how you’ve set up your system is at fault or your internet
