Question

Has anyone here have the permanent outlet plug in for their Arlo’s?, I have them all on my 4 cameras and they are great never have to replace the batteries. I highly recommend them.

I'd like to eventually but 2 of my cameras are mounted on trees, so those will always be battery powered.

I have two of my cameras on rooftops with the Arlo solar power kits. Two years now and working fine. No battery charging necessary.

I was going to do that but I can get over two months of service per battery. I have 5 cameras up and will only have to charge them 5-6 times per year. If I am leaving for several weeks I may pull down the ones with the least charge and get them back to full before I leave. This system is almost two years old now.

I can do it to two, was thinking about doing it. Advantage being "look back" feature and no battery charging I guess?

What plugs did you get? I was looking for some, but all the ones I've seen have bad reviews claiming that they don't seal properly and caused damage

@before , probably all depends on your type camera. I didn’t have an exteral location to plug in a charger so i needed this kind with the wiresalready attached.

@paucity496 yes that’s a good one also. They are better then changing the batteries regardless if you changed them once every 3 months to once a year.

I did mine and work great had to reboot one camera but no issues sense.
