If power goes down does followed by internet connection turn off also, does the Arlo Pro 2(battery is inside the camera) still records if motion is detected?

Has anyone here have the permanent outlet plug in for their Arlo’s?, I have them all on my 4 cameras and they are great never have to replace the batteries.
