Had my Arlo pros for over a year now. One of the cameras has recently lost video and is only alerting me when motion is detected. I have tried numerous times resetting the base and camera, and trying to re-sync. Nothing is working. Any suggestions? Thanks

Is the camera continuously powered?

Pretty much. When the batteries die I have charged ones that I swap out

Are you sure you have an Arlo Pro? It has a single rechargeable battery pack

If removing the camera in the app and re-sync'ing, I'm not sure what else you can do, sorry. If you can find a cheap Arlo Pro or Pro 2 camera, they're 10x better a camera but not really a solution to your problem.
