Thanks for the add.  I need help, my Arlo Pro cameras suddenly stopped detecting motion 2 days ago, so it’s not recording any movements and not sending me notifications.Thanks for the add. I need help, my Arlo Pro cameras suddenly stopped detecting motion 2 days ago, so it’s not recording any movements and not sending me notifications. I rebooted the station, restarted the cameras from the app, and still not working, however I am able to go live on both cameras from the app, so this tells me the cameras still work. I figure I’d start out here before I go climbing reaching for the cams. Any ideas? Thanks

What cameras? If you go into your app or web browser and click Settings > Subscription does it say anything like 0 of 4 cameras participating? If so, click Manage Cameras and drag the cameras to the active area to reactivate them

Oh. Arlo Pro. Sorry. Can't read. Yeah, I had one camera do this and a battery pull of the camera fixed it

@terrie Thanksng it’s just odd that two of the cameras stopped detecting at the same time. I’m wondering if it’s firmware issues.

No it doesn’t anything like that at all.
