Hey guys!  I have Arlo Pro VMB4000 I read all instructions, watched how to set up smart base with phone but it is not working.Hey guys! I have Arlo Pro VMB4000 I read all instructions, watched how to set up smart base with phone but it is not working. I can't connect it. Anyone help? Please.

It is plugged into your router directly and what are the lights on the base station doing?

Are you using the AP?

I presume you have an ARLO account and can access the base and cameras via the my. arlo. com website.

If not, you can set up your account via the ARLO AP. When it opens click the create account link at the bottom.

As I understand from instruction 1st I have to set up smart base with phone right? Than connect cameras?

You need to create the account. You can link the cameras to the base station first. But you will not see them until you log into your account.
