Try unplugging cord from charger and plug back in.

Which camera? Probably Pro or Pro 2. Can you post a pic of the sticker on the charger?

I had this problem with my outdoor power supplies (plugged into extention cords) when they were wet. I dried the plugs, and sealed them with silicone. That solved my problem.
