Is your subscription plan valid? Is the Ultra camera participating in the plan?

That's normal. Once you click on a video and view it, it will have a thumbnail. But it's a pain in the @
#$
to do that to every clip just to see what it contains. But this is all you can do if you don't want to pay monthly
