Is your subscription plan valid? Is the Ultra camera participating in the plan?

Ultra and Pro 3 cameras require a monthly subscription to record to your library/cloud

But there an sd card . and the video should be saved in local storage.

You're on your mobile data. For those settings you need to be on the same network as your Smarthub

That's normal. Once you click on a video and view it, it will have a thumbnail. But it's a pain in the @#$ to do that to every clip just to see what it contains. But this is all you can do if you don't want to pay monthly
