Question

I have an arlo pro that won’t charge anymore. Hard to know if it’s my cord, the battery, USB port, etc. Anyone had issues like this?

Have you got another Arlo Pro camera? And another charger and another cable? Mixing up the combinations should help you identify which component is failing. Could be battery, or camera port, or cable, or charger

@plumbic7 Yeah I’ve tried changing out different pieces and no luck. Only have one pro camera so hard to know if it’s something with just the camera. Just curious if anyone had ever had a similar issue.

I just had this issue today. My problem was either the battery charger falsely showing a full battery or the extension cord I was using. Turned out being the extension cord. I only figured this out by taking the camera and using the original Arlo cord and brick to test. Had to close out and reopen the app a couple of times.
