Should of been a wire pig tail in the packaging. on back of mount are two screws that the pig tails connect to and other ends connect to your current wiring for power and chime. During set up it asks about connecting to a chime not the one from arlo but a house chime. should be easy enough look up on youtube seen many of reviewers talking about the process.

That doesn't make sense so you want a person to press both doorbells?

@peroxidize Villareal I think they want one button to actuate both the electric things and the traditional chime.

I have my doorbell activating both. When motion is detected my Arlo doorbell ringer rings and if the button is pressed then the traditional ringer rings along with video calls if you except them.

Yes, I have the Arlo doorbell at one house and video doorbell at another house and both chime my mechanical doorbells

Yes. Both the Arlo Audio Doorbell and Arlo Video Doorbell can activate your existing chime

I also have mine ring both the Arlo chime as well as all of my Alexa devices
