I have an arlo base vmb4000 failing to connect. All the lights are on but when I try to set it up it can not find the device. Any hints? Aside from turn on/off

Turn off/on usually solves problems and is easy.

Restart your Wi-Fi router first. Wait for it to give your phone Wi-Fi again. Then restart your base station and then try to sync your camera
