One of our Arlo Pro 2 cameras (in a bedroom upstairs) will not play live about 50% of the time. It also does not record quite often, or if it records, it often doesn't record the full time it should according to the settings. Arlo sent us a new camera after we did all the troubleshooting steps & it didn't fix it, but the new camera does the same thing. The room is not far from the base station, just upstairs, it doesn't have any electronics. The hard thing is that the camera is for safety for a disabled person, and so often when we hear a notification we can't connect to see what's going on. Any advice?
