I added two outdoor cameras that are both about 12 feet from the arlo hub that sits next to the window. They work great! Added two more cameras today out back. One is 16 feet from the hub. The other is about 30 feet from the hub. Both show medium or high signals but both are very slow to connect if they do connect. Sometimes they do. Mostly they don't. Both with full batteries. Work fine in the house. All other devices have good signals in the area I placed them. I hear about folks putting them on fences and trees and mine are both on the house. Any suggestions?

You may need to centralize the hub a bit more. I found a spot in my living room that is mainly centered. 3 of 5 of my cameras have high (3bars) and 2 of 5 have medium (2bars). They all seem to connect in 5 to 6 seconds for live video which isnt great for testing but they capture/record well when not messing with it. My farthest cameras are easily 50 feet away or more

Thankyou. I am a bit stuck as the ethernet feeds into the room I currently have the hub connected to.

@impeller You could try getting a very long network cable to run temporarily more central to see if helps. If it solves then you can invest in another way to get permanent
