Any tips on getting the 24/7 cloud recording to play back better? Hangs up A LOT. Usually on a still frame, but now just getting black screen. Live video is fine on all cameras. I am leaning towards their server being able to handle playbacks.

No problems with my CVR timeline playback using an Arlo Pro 2. Android 10 on an S10. How's your download speed?
