Hey ya!  so tomorrow starts a new pay period for us.Hey ya! so tomorrow starts a new pay period for us. We get paid twice a month. I'm wondering what do you guys do with your leftover cash in your envelopes? I can't even believe I have cash left over but I do in more than one envelope. This has completely changed my life. I am still in disbelief at how amazing this system works!  so do you roll your leftover cash into the next payperiod or back into checking acct, or? ‍♀️ im feeling stuck a little

We get paid twice monthly too. I’m rolling over mid-month then emptying them to savings at the end of the month I think. :)

I budget my grocerie envelope into single weeks. Having 4. 5 weeks per pay period. I put the extra in the 0. 5 envelope because I know we will have weeks where I spend more due to birthdays or family gatherings. So my 0. 5 is like my groceries sinking fund

Our focus is debt right now so each payday we throw anything leftover from the last paycheck at whatever debt we are focusing on.

I am paid twice a month. The first pay check the remaining cash is rolled over during the second pay check anything remaining is put towards debt.

If you have your emergency fund in place, put the leftover towards debt.
