Hey so happy I found this group. Before I found it I fixed my credit on my own and purchased my first car! Really proud of myself but need to do better. I'm a single mom currently living with an elderly family friend who I help care for. One of my biggest spending issues is food. I work 45hrs a week and am always scrambling to make dinner I order out a lot. Also waste too many groceries. What tips do you guys have for meal prep/ planning? I've never done it before!

I work about that many hours too so to save energy, I do Walmart grocery pick up and meal prep for 2-3 days ahead of time with the instant pot or crock pot. The crock pot is my friend because I literally have to do nothing but plate it when I get home. I also eat whatever I had for dinner as lunch the day after. Breakfast is usually egg cups I prepped on Sunday or breakfast burritos that I freeze! You got this!
