Anyone still waiting on their tax return? I filed Feb 1 and still waiting  IRS. gov doesn’t even have an expected date.

I am. My progress bar disappeared and it just says “still being processed” I filed I think feb 3/4 around there

We filed on turbo tax 2/1. We received our refund on 2/12.

We are, same situation. Filed 2/5, our WMR bars went away and now have a generic processing message. With my husbands info we have a 152 notice. some other generic message about possible hold ups. We got a notice code, so waiting to receive that.

We filed 1/23 & still says it's being processed  havent gotten any letters for review I called where we got our taxes done she said it says the same on her end.

We filed on January 28th and had the “still processing, a refund date will be provided when available” message until this past Saturday. Ours was reviewed and we ended up getting a little more back. Deposit date is 3/9. Hopefully nothing else happens to delay it ETA: I called the IRS before our status changed and I was told there was a miscalculation and that I’d get a letter on 3/9 and that our refund would take an additional 4-6 weeks. The representative I talked with put me in contact with a tax payer advocate for my state to file a case to get it resolved faster. They called me back this morning and said the miscalculation was due to an error on the child tax form. Idk if it got resolved so quickly because I pushed back on it or if we just got lucky.

@sella, ours was an additional $341, which I don’t mind at all. Lol. Them expecting people to possibly wait another 4-6 weeks for their error is crazy to me though.

If you still haven’t received it there are a lot of people’s being held for review. You should be receiving a letter soon explaining however people I know that this happened to last year waited till almost July to get them back .

Same here. Glad it’s not just me, but it’s super frustrating. We filed 2/9 and received our state refund today, but the website says the fed is still processing.

It's because of the child tax credit. We filed ours on jan28 and didn't get ours til Feb 20. They are required to hold you return for so long before they can release it now due to identity theft or something like that

I had to mail mine in. so it’s a waiting game I guess. I guess my. AGI didn’t match from last year or something ( said turbo tax) so we had to mail it in  so frustrating waiting

Has anyone filed for a deceased single parent? I had to file for my mother as she passed in November and I’d love to ask a couple questions if anyone has experience.

Mine ways delayed for “verification” but now it says it should be deposited on Wednesday.
