Need some advice.  We are going on a Disney trip and I am curious what I should do.Need some advice. We are going on a Disney trip and I am curious what I should do. We have all the money saved and I am wondering should I take the cash out and have on hand? It’s over 1500 so kinda scary. Also if I use my chase Disney card we get point back for using it. However, how do I track expenses most effectively? Thank you for the help!

I wouldn't take that amount of cash to Disney, you can do mobile order from your phone for a lot of the food places using the Disney app and you need a debit/credit card, it will save you time and you don't have wait in line to order food. In Disneyland you can have special characters greetings showing your Disney Chase card. If you have no balance on that card, I would use it for the trip expenses and paid it off at the end of the trip.

I think it's easier to track spending with a credit card statement personally. It's easier than keeping receipts organized!

You also get discounts in some of the places on property using your Disney chase card.

Are you staying on property? If so, you can pay using your magic band and pay the balance with cash at the end of each day. But I would probably just put it on my card and pay it to off at the end of the trip.

We have a Disney CC also. I put ALL things Disney on it and pay it off that same day so I don’t forget.
