My kids are burnt out on rice. To be fair we have rice in a lot of our dinners. We mix a meat, veggies and rice to make the meal bulkier so we don't have to use 3 pounds of chicken every meal (family of 5). What else can we use besides rice to make meals stretch? No one likes beans kids also aren't a fan of quinoa. Sometimes we serve over mashed potatoes. Sometimes we do biscuits. Sometimes we mix stuffing into the food (but one kid doesn't like this so I try and limit it). Any other ideas? How do you build large meals without just making a ton of meat and veggies?
