Isn’t quarantine till April 30th? Per Trump?
by (560 points)
@mythical24 President Trump extended Federal Social Distancing Standards, but there has never been a Federal Quarantine. State Governors are instituting Stay at Home orders.

@corallite oh I thought it was the stay at home extended to April 30th, so life might half way get back to normal, businesses and such but still respecting social distancing?
by (560 points)
@mythical24 32 States have Stay at Home orders. A few states just extended their original plans and now are quarantined until the end of April or early May. It is best to check with State Government as to what the rules are in your State. State Government is in control of Quarantine rules, not President Trump.

@corallite and yes the stay at home orders are state level but some states are extending theirs to Trumps suggestion of the 30th. I don’t think life will get back up and running till the end of April

@mythical24 I went out of state so I had to self quarantine b4 I went back to work I'm a essential worker

@pessimism I was just asking because I was looking at your budget sheet and quarantine was only till mid April is all. Just trying to understand this whole craziness
by (310 points)
@mythical24 personally I listened to my governor not trump. my governor said you said if you traveled you must self quarantine until returning back to work business don't shut down until today where I'm at some states they been shut down

@pessimism I understand, in in WV and they are closing just about everything to keep it out of here as we only have 162 positive cases and 1 death so far. Anyone coming in from out of state (especially the hot spots) have to do a 14 day quarantine upon crossing the border before doing anything in the state

So pretty but I haven't even started my budget for April. I'm going to be honest, I have reviewed my budget in a couple of weeks.

@pessimism thank you! My biggest difficulty is I have to completely redo the mindset. The Hubster is changing pay cycles from weekly to monthly and I'm just ugh right now. I'll get back on track Friday. That's usually my budget day. I'll get on it :) xoxo
by (310 points)
@attah no problem and that is a big change and maybe better because you will only need to do the big budget part once a month
