When I used actual cash envelopes I had this fear, or the fear of losing them. The individual envelopes made my nerves so bad. I then got a cash wallet that I saw a friend of mine using and it made me feel so much more comfortable . I carry all of my weekly cash categories with me in my cash wallet (Bella Taylor cash wallet) and bc I don't have to fidget with an actual envelope it is so much more comfortable for me and it doesn't draw attention to myself like the envelopes did.

Completely agree and worth the purchase of a cash system wallet!

I try to only carry the ones I know I will use. It helps to plan your spending too.

I have usually have less than 100 divided up between all my different categories. I also have a seperate checking acct for my groceries and gas. For convenience and saftey.

Only carry what you will use that day. On days I’m running to the bank that is my only stop or last stop so i don’t have lots of cash on hand and I head straight home to disperse cash into the designated envelope.

I only keep grocery and misc household on me. Otherwise I pull envelopes as needed for like pet grooming appointments, kids shopping, kid bday stuff ect

I had cash stolen from my envelopes so I do cashless except gas and grocery. I do all bills online and just take out the cash once a week for gas and grocery
