Hi everyone!  I've been struggling a little with my budget.Hi everyone! I've been struggling a little with my budget. A couple months ago my parents moved in with us. With everything going on I usually do the grocery shopping and use my card. My parents will pay me back. How would I calculate this in my budget? My budget for groceries was so over the last couple months. I put the money she gave me as "income" and I'm not sure what I did but it threw everything off when I tried to do the "Where did my money go" worksheet at the end of the month. Is there a better way to do this? Any advice would be appreciated!

Can you a lot more for your parents groceries as an expense? That way you won’t go over because you have planned for the extra expense. The income from your parents should cover the extra.
