How do y'all do grocery envelopes? I use Walmart pick up and I have a budget of $150/week. If I spend under $150 what should I do with the remaining? Last week I needed to buy snacks for hotel and ended up going $3 over, so I added that $3 to this weeks budget which then made my budget this week $147. I ended up only spending like $127. So do I transfer the left over money to another envelope or just keep it there in case I go over next week and use it towards that?

Keep it put until you close budget at end of month. If still unused then you can roll over again or choose to put towards debt or a sinking fund

I keep it in case I go over or if I find a sale on something and want to stock up.

It is entirely up to you. You could leave and use it when there is a good sale to stock up, or at the end of month, if there is any monies left. check your monthly goals - and see what they are (pay off debt or build up emergency fund)

Leave in the envelope Incase you need to pick something up later in the week and if not roll it to the next week that way if you catch something sale or clearance you can stock up or roll it to savings or debt is what I would do
