Question

I need a little help. I received a letter from a creditor and they asked me to only pay $150 of a $400 debt. Once paid it would show as closed and resolved. I tried searching the group and online but couldn’t get a clear answer. I would like to know is this similar to pay to delete or should I take this offer?
