Hi all, my first post after lurking and taking ideas for a while! Does anyone have any suggestions for how to clean up my Tiffany infinity bracelet please? I’ve had it a good few years now and it’s just kind of lost its original shine. Thank you ☺️

Does it have any enamel on it? I cleaned mine and the enamel peeled off so it had to be sent to Tiffany

@dulcle oh no! Did they fix it for you?! I have no idea if this has enamel on it or not! X

Yeah they fixed it no problem! It was replaced and started to bubble so I had to get it replaced again. I think this was me trying some of the harsher things. I’ve seen people saying bicarb, hot water etc. Just be very careful!

I now always make sure I use what’s recommended. If you can’t get it clean they do offer a cleaning service. Unsure how much but in the future I’ll take my necklace to them if it gets bad. Would rather pay £50 to clean something I wear every day rather than ruin something that costs £140!

@dulcle ok thank you! I really didn’t want to risk ruining it either but didn’t know they have a cleaning service!

Boiling water with some bi carb and scrunched up tin foil. Pop it in for a few seconds and will come out like new and no chemicals x

Be careful because I used a cloth and the chain fell away from the heart (mine was a slightly different design). I would check with a jewellers or Tiffany just to be on the safe side
