I use white distilled vinegar and a bit of water, run a cycle then when its finished wipe with a cloth or a sponge. Then just a normal cycle and wipe dry when finished

Boil water then add vinegar. Leave to stand until acid in vinegar stops and rinse out. If limescale still there, repeat step one again, rinse and boil clean water, tip out and boil clean water again, make a cup of coffee

Sounds like not enough water in the bottom when you're ran it. Happened to mine and couldn't fix it I'm afraid x

Your not meant to put vinegar in and turn it on. U r supposed to pour it in and leave it to settle for 30 mins or over night and rinse it out and do a normal cycle

@fairground93 I thought the same that's all I did with mine was just put the white vinegar init left it for a while then cleaned it with an old toothbrush then rinced out with water then put on a cycle x

All you need to clean it is a sponge scourer
