Question

Does anyone know how to request a refund for the park district summer camp?! The email doesn’t say and no one is answering the phone at either location. Thanks!

I emailed Carol Anne and still haven’t gotten a response. I need to cancel too

They will do the refunds. I’m guessing they are slammed with requests.

Was wondering the same. I replied to the email address that they sent the update about camp from.

I’m guessing they are inundated, but my other option was emailing that address they sent the notice from last night, so I’m glad you haven’t received a response there either.

I have not gotten any kind of email from the creative corners camp. Are any of you apart of that? I didn't even relaize announcments were made about camp proceeding. The first session was automatically refunded

@impromptu Not sure if Creative Corners is operating differently? My son was scheduled to do Camp Discovery.

There’s a refund request form on the park district’s website. You need to fill it out and it says to send to the Leisure Center.

@rafi I just did that like 30 mins ago. No one is there to answer the phone and the fax took 5 tries. But it finally went thru.
