Question

Is anyone else having issues paying their water bill online? Every time I submit my CC info it says “Your Session Timed Out” and it kicks me back to the beginning. I tried it earlier this week, and now again today and I’m still having this issue.

@linear47 hmmm. I hope this isn’t an ongoing issue for me. I called city hall to pay over the phone. Maybe it’ll be good 2 months from now.

@coda77197 I don't even have any lol. He refused to get a debit card and still balances his account on the back of a mailed statement lol. But. He is very disciplined so I'll take it.

There’s a drop box at City Hall outside building you can drop it in you do have to get out of your car though

I thought my payment went through last month online. Received this months bill and apparently I owe last month. Had to check my transactions and they’re right I didn’t pay it. So annoying!

@toole must be a browser issue. I tried paying from work (both times) and usually pay from home.

@coda77197 it might be. try using chrome, sometimes they just aren't compatible with the city's site :)

@coda77197 is your water bill on your City of Des Plaines Bill with your garbage? Mine is auto debit.
