Do you typically tip cleaning ladies? And if so how much?

If it’s a one time clean, I usually tip $20 or so. When we had a regular cleaning person, I tipped around the holidays and did the price of a cleaning

I tip every cleaning (once every two weeks)

It depends. If the person cleaning the home is independent, I don't tip because she sets the rate and keeps all of the money. If someone comes your house regularly, I would give $100 extra around the holidays. If the person is with an agency, I usually tip each person every time. Depends on the cost, but maybe $10-20?
