I want to learn how to do my makeup. Anyone know of a makeup artist that does in home lessons for special occasions?

I'm no make-up artist, but there are some awesome tutorials on YouTube that are really helpful. You kind of need to search around and find someone you like.

You can also try the Aveda training schools. They're students, but the teachers are there.

Mount Prospect Mini Library Mission should have a makeup artist hosting fundraiser coming soon! It should be very reasonably priced and the person teaching is a professional. Check it out!
