First responder, health care worker, or just can't get out for any reason, please reach out. As of right now, I'm still nannying for my regular family Monday-Thursday, but if you need child care later in the day, I can help. Fridays I'm open but will have my 9 & 11 year old step children. Obviously none of us know what's going to happen in the upcoming weeks. I'm willing to help, as much/often as I can. I'm usually free after 4:30 Monday-Thursday and free most Friday-Sunday. If you need childcare, so you can go to work, (I'm a nanny (years and years of experience and plenty of sparkling recommendations). I also have two step children that are alive and happy (most days) and a dog that thinks he's a child. Need me to run errands because you're elderly and/or sick with The Corona and can't get to the store? I'll do it. Within reason, I'm not waiting 45 minutes at The Costco, sorry! Can't leave your house and need help in some other way? Reach out and I'll try my best to help. I can also cook, bake, make a bitchin' margarita, walk your dog, yard work, tell you a joke to cheer you up. All free of charge. It really takes a village to get through life.
