Question

Daughter is 23 months and very congested. Very time she nurses she starts to gag and choke. Any suggestions on what I can do for her? Already did steam in the shower and have baby Vicks

Nose frida! So before every feed and sleep to help. Hope she feels better soon!

My daughter was hospitalized for RSV and they used the heavy duty sucker and said nose frida is best when used right and recommended we get that to go home and it helped a lot

Squirt breastmilk in each nostril.

I use the Humidifier with a few drops of eucalyptus in the water at bedtime for my 21 month old son when he is all congested. It helps with breathing and I also have him prop up.
