Does Costco not deliver fresh food? On the website I can't find chicken or fresh fruit or anything. or even frozen food.

Correct, they do not deliver food that requires refridgeration. You have to go with Instacart for that.

Gotcha. I'm new to Instacart. I just tried to order and there are no delivery times available. What's the availability these days? How do I get a delivery?

From what I hear it is luck of the draw. The trick is to keep trying - it's like trying to win concert tickets from a radio station (I am old). Make sure your cart is ready to go and then keep checking. I would try late and early, but a slot can open up anytime. Everyone I know who has ordered has gotten a slot eventually, but it may take a week or two. Good luck!
