Has any Mom here used Nido for their toddlers milk? My mom insists I should get a few canisters so I’m not making milk trips often and some days having to have found no milk early on in this pandemic. I feel like things have somewhat calm down with the milk being hoarded but wanted to see if this Nido thing is worth a try. Thoughts?

Maybe just me, but my kid gets super picky about milk. If she liked it (that's a BIG if), I'd be worried I'd be stuck buying it longer bc she would protest regular milk. Lol we try to stay as routine as possible so she can't get all diva on us. I haven't had any trouble getting milk on instacart. We always just have the groceries delivered from Aldi or similar

@tensimeter75 Thats my concern to. In the beginning of all of this both Walmart and Walgreens were out of milk when I needed the most. I was fortunate to have a friend up north who was at the store and picked us up a few gallons. Somehow between working, being a single Mom and this pandemic I missed the memo that things were being hoarded until I was down to the last gallon. I do think things have gotten way better, so I’m not overly ready to make a change. However my mom seems to think this would be a better option as it has vitamins in it. I told her I would ask my “Mom” group as you ladies have never steered me wrong lol

I also don’t have a big fridge so I can’t get more than one and maybe half a gallon at a time, I think it’s the trips to the store my mom worries of

@imbue same! My husband and i were still working and sending her to daycare until the night they told us they were shutting down. We didn't have the option to stop until the weekend and I had to go through the sbux drive through for whole milk until we found milk so I feel you! That's why we switched to instacart orders so we can order mid week

@imbue that’s our problem! People who say they only go to the store once every couple of weeks, how big is your fridge?!?!? We are currently living with my in laws, so 4 adults and 3 kids. I’m lucky if I can make it a week between grocery store runs! The first couple of weeks were hard because there were so many stores that only had some of the staples. so I ended up having to go to 3 stores for the week. but now I haven’t had any issues, except in finding hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes. I just keep baby wipes I in my car and after I pump gas or go to the store I just scrub really good. Better than nothing.
