Question

At 7am three guys from Perfect Turf are doing spring cleanup at my neighbors house with 3 loud machines. Is there a limit to the time this bs can start? And I thought lawn services weren’t supposed to be operating? I’m 90% just venting but 10% of me wants to call the cops cuz they (perfect Turf) are kinda terrible neighbors.

There is a difference between ambient work noise--even if it's loud--and people yelling outside your window. The first one is them just doing their job, the second is not necessary or considerate: open your window, tell them stop yelling or move away from your windows, and sport your best crazy face.

I just pulled up something from a few years ago that said quiet hours ended at 7am Mon-Sat, 9am on Sundays and holidays.

This just feels crazy. They’re yelling at each other on my driveway. Next to my bedroom. My dogs are losing it.

@violetteviolin , that always stinks. My landscapers used to show up at 7 am. I asked them to switch it so I wasn’t their first house. I’m sure that my neighbors appreciated it.

@drain7 there’s no one currently occupying the house so no one there cared at all. We’ve all been struggling to get to sleep at night so 7am happens a lot faster than any of us are ready for. They’re done now but it seemed endless.

Right? There is an absolute shit show a couple blocks from me and I cant imagine having to see that every day from my own windows.

They can start at 7am. The only difference I see now is more yard services as people try to keep these small businesses going. both my side neighbors and my back neighbor have one lol. The times have always been the same.
