We made one, it wasn’t hard! It’s held up great for the last couple years. Not that you’re looking for a project, but you might have some time for one.

@debussy We’re thinking of making one this year! Any tips?

@skiff yes! I’ll link the guide we used shortly.

We made ours under the tree house. Ply wood for the bottom 4 pieces of wood for the sides and a piece of wood for the top for night time to keep critters out. We even had corner seats in it

@saponify83 I didn’t realize you had one!

I was trying to avoid wood because the cedar table I made two years ago is destroyed. But it does seem easy enough

I don't understand how anyone around here has sandboxes. Maybe it's just us? We have a CRAZY ant problem (bugs in general are bad - our yard is like the jungle some years) and they find any bit of sand they can to make it their own. I want one, but don't know how to keep those buggers out

We have not had that issue, nor have we had stray cats try to use it as a litter box. ‍♀️

@debussy I literally am at my wit's end with the bugs here. We've tried everything! Lol I don't mind the other critters, the rest are mostly baby bunnies and they're cute.

Make sure it has a cover to keep the critters out!
